Rooms: Suite - Sleeps 5 comfortably with a queen bed, 3 twin beds and 1.5 bathrooms Room 4 - Sleeps 4 comfortably on a queen bed, a twin bed and a rollaway cot or pack 'n' play. The bathroom is private, a little down the hallway from the bedroom. Room 5 - Sleeps 4 comfortably on a queen bed, a twin bed and a rollaway cot or pack 'n' play. The bathroom is private, just outside the bedroom. Room 7 - Sleeps 3 with a queen bed and a twin bed. The bathroom has a stall shower rather than a tub and shower. Room 11 - Sleeps 3 with a queen bed and a twin bed. Package rates include an 8% NH meals & room tax. Reservations will be confirmed in writing upon the receipt of a 50% deposit. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded minus $10 for credit card fees only if the package can be re-sold. Check in time is after 4:00 pm. Please let us know if you plan on arriving after 9:00 pm so that we can make arrangements. Check-out time is 10:30 am. We have a no smoking policy throughout the house, guests may smoke on a section of the porch. We'd like you to know that we have cats in the inn.
